This Somer Natural LLC Privacy Policy explains our practices, defines our users’ (“you” or “your”) privacy options and describes how your information is collected and used by Somer Natural LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company”). We take your privacy seriously, and never sell lists or email addresses.

This Privacy Policy, along with our Terms of Service governs your use of the Company website at www.somernatural.com (“Site”) or mobile application, your communications with the Company, and any information you may access through social media platforms, including but not limited to, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube and Twitter.  For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, we will refer to all of these access points as the Company System (“System”).

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Your California Privacy Rights

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits users who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please contact us via the Site. 

California Do Not Track Notice

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

CHANGES

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

MINORS

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

If you are under thirteen years of age, you may browse our site. However, you may not provide personal information to us and you may not download any of our mobile applications. This site is not directed to children under the age of thirteen and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen on the site. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a visitor under the age of thirteen on the site, we will delete the information from our records.
